Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite encountering cleanliness issues in the room and lacking a scenic view, the staff exhibited great hospitality. The location was convenient for exploring Niagara Falls, but the facilities were not up to standard. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Niagara Falls with included parking. The rooms are updated and very clean, although some areas seem a bit outdated. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some hiccups during check-in. The dining experience was average with limited choices, and the cleanliness could be improved in some areas. Overall, a convenient location with friendly service.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room I had, with a twin bed and a view of the American fall, was cozy and equipped with not only a Juliette balcony but also a second balcony with chairs and a table. Although the room felt a bit crowded and the window view wasn't great, it was a decent choice. It might be a bit tight for two people, but for me, it was fine.

I stayed at the hotel expecting a room with two queen beds for a better breakfast selection and a balcony, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. There were no chairs outside, no coffee maker, and the room had some issues like a musty smell, broken dresser, broken heater, and dirty sheets. On the positive side, the room was quiet, spacious, and clean.
